Delivery
All UK orders are delivered on a 3-5 day service using DHL logistics provider.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during the delivery process.
Deliveries are Monday-Saturday and exclude Sundays and Bank Holidays.
All international deliveries are handled by DHL. European orders are delivered within 5-8 working days.
Outside of Europe orders are delivered within 10 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange your order simply peel off the pre-paid returns labelincluded in your delivery, stick it on the mail bag and post it back to us!
All returned or exchanged items must have the returns tag attached to the garment.
We will return any item providing it is returned to us in a wearable and saleable state within 14 days of receiving the item.
You can also return an item within 14 days providing it is returned to us in a wearable and saleable state. Be sure to mark the item you are returning on the returns sheet provided. Upon receipt of the original order we will re-dispatch your exchanged item within 48 hours.
Exchanges will be sent to the address of the original order.
If the item is out of stock you will be automatically issued a refund.
All goods are inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsaleable condition we will have to return it to you.
